From Executive Assistant to Founder

In our “From X to Founder” event series, we want to highlight that many roads can lead to becoming an entrepreneur - and inspire you to do the same!

Join us for the fireside chat between Adrian Locher, founder of Merantix, and Constanze Bucheim, founder and Managing Partner of i-potentials, the leading executive search boutique in the DACH region.

Constanze started her career in 2006 at the e-commerce company Spreadshirt. She quickly discovered that there was no recruitment consultancy for fast-growing digital organizations and the idea for i-potentials was born.

In parallel to her work as Managing Partner, Constanze is active as a business angel (e.g. Delivery Hero, Hitfox), advisory board member (e.g. Valsight, Witty Works), political advisor (e.g. 2013 Advisory Board Young Digital Economy of the German Federal Ministry of Economics) as well as author and speaker.

Handelsblatt ranked her among the 50 most influential women in the tech industry in 2021. In 2022, she was voted among the 50 best female entrepreneurs in Germany.

On February 2, 2023, Constanze will share her company building knowledge and her personal journey of becoming the founder she is today.
